Terms and Conditions – Dropshipping Customers (Australia)

This platform is exclusively for trade users participating in our dropshipping program in Australia.
All transactions are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and may include GST where applicable.
Orders placed via our platform are intended for direct delivery to your customers.
2. Product Information
All products are handcrafted using sustainable materials and may exhibit slight natural variations.
Product dimensions and finish descriptions are provided to the best of our knowledge. Please ensure all product details are accurately synced with your own platform.
3. Orders & Payment
Orders must be placed through your assigned dashboard or data-sync integration.
Payment must be completed at the time of order placement via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other approved methods.
We reserve the right to cancel or delay orders in case of stock unavailability or non-payment.
4. Delivery
All orders are dispatched from our Sydney-based fulfilment centre.
We offer free delivery to all five mainland states and surcharge delivery to Tasmania.
Tracking information will be provided. Delivery times vary depending on location, but we aim for 5–10 business days.
You are responsible for keeping your customers informed regarding dispatch and delivery status.
5. Returns & Damages
We accept returns only in the case of damaged or defective goods. Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.
We do not accept returns for reasons such as customer change of mind, minor variations, or delivery delays.
Replacements or credits are issued at our discretion.
6. Use of Content
Product images, descriptions, and specifications may be used on your platform, provided you are an active member of our dropshipping program.
Any alteration or misuse of content without consent is strictly prohibited.
7. Data & Integration
If using automated data sync, you are responsible for regular catalog updates. Outdated listings may result in order cancellations.
For manual users, regular logins and catalog refreshes are required.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services, including lost sales or reputational damage.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of Australian courts.

2. Pricing & GST
Prices are listed in AUD. GST is applied where applicable and clearly indicated on all invoices.
Bulk or trade discounts may be offered based on order volume or frequency.
3. Order Minimums
Minimum order values or quantities may apply and will be stated at the time of order.
Orders below the minimum threshold may incur handling or delivery charges.
4. Payment Terms
All orders must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed upon.
Approved trade credit accounts will follow specific terms (e.g., net 30 days). Late payments may result in account suspension.
5. Delivery
Orders are shipped from our Sydney warehouse.
We offer free shipping to all five mainland states and surcharge-based shipping to Tasmania.
Lead times are typically 7–14 business days, depending on stock and location.
6. Returns & Faulty Goods
Returns are accepted only for defective or incorrectly supplied items. All claims must be made within 5 business days of delivery.
Approved returns must be unused and in original packaging.
Replacement, credit, or refund will be offered based on inspection and at our discretion.
7. Product Variations
Products are handcrafted and may vary slightly in finish, tone, or dimensions.
Such variations are not grounds for return unless they materially affect the function of the product.
8. Intellectual Property
You may use Artisan Furniture images and descriptions for resale purposes.
Unauthorized use, copying, or rebranding of our designs is not permitted.
9. Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from delayed deliveries, incorrect use, or loss of resale opportunity.
10. Governing Law
